I recently contributed a major article to Outsource Magazine on the impact of Robotic Process Automation on business and, in particular, the outsourcing sector. I was writing in response to a piece in the prevous issue which proposed market distorting solutions as the answer to the inevitable rise and impact of the robots. And whilst the impact will certainly be huge, I believe that the solutions can be much more practical and realistic, and that we need to align ourselves much more with the consequences of the technology that we are creating.
